Commercial Description:

Imperial Stout made with Vanilla Bean and Cocoa Nibs Aged Bourbon and Rye Barrels. For our 2021 release of Barrel-Aged Beer Geek Shake, we decided to rock with the Cocoa Shake! This will be the 3rd release of this brand, and we couldnt be more excited for it. Over the years we have brewed with many different forms of chocolate or cocoa and have really begun to learn the nuances of the ingredients and our processes. We selected a blend of spirit barrels from our cellar, ranging from 3 to 16 months old and composed a blend that promotes balance of warmth, youth, and chocolate/vanilla characters. Dosed with some of our favorite vanilla and the most amazing cocoa nibs from our homies at Nibble Chocolate – we think this batch is crazy good.
