Commercial Description:

A blend of rums aged between 8 15 years. Each rum is selected for its unique and robust profile.

Its certainly an opulent rum, enchanting from every angle. Give the rum some time to settle down after pouring, the enjoy the nose that melds tropical fruit notes with a hint of coffee bean, saddle leather, coconut husk, and a thick smear of berry jam. Just a touch ofhogo here. The palate bursts with a surprising rush of baking spices notparticularly evident on the nose followed by layers of fruit slowly cascading into the background. Overripe pineapple, chewy nougat, cherry pits, and a stronger helping of hogo give it plenty of character. The finish is sweet but never overwhelming, with notes of fresh and dried fruits mingling nicely with a smoky note of barrel char. Drinkhacker, Batch 20A02

A blank Canvas. I appreciate how an artist can take a blank canvas and turn it into a beautiful work of art. Its my goal to accomplish the same with each batch of Trophy Release. I carefully selected rums between 8 and 15 years of age to created a beautiful and flavorful release. And just like a painting, each batch will be different from the next.
